I'm a lifelong learner, crafter and travel enthusiast. Macrame Makers Club is my little baby, that I created with YOU in mind.

I love creating and teaching macrame! If I had to describe my macrame style, I might use words such as clean lines, no fluff, contemporary, Scandinavian, bold. But I also love all things boho, intricate patterns, explosions of colour and so on. That is exactly why I am inviting other teachers into the club, so we all get to experience the richness of many different styles!

I'm so super thrilled that you're here reading this, and I cannot wait to see how you grow and evolve as a maker here with us. And I promise you, I will be your number one personal cheerleader on your macrame journey!

When I first came across macramé, I was truly amazed by this art: strings become knots and take shape to then become so many different things. I quickly found myself searching for manufacturers who could give me what I was looking for, and now sell in my macrame supplies shop: high quality sustainably made materials that I could share with my amazing community.

Thank you for stopping by and let’s create some awesomeness together!

I’m a citizen of the world, art lover and mom of two.

I first came across with macrame back in 2018, and it was love at first knot. I find inspiration in the everyday life, in bohemian corners, poetry and images that convey peace.

I truly believe that macrame has a multitude of benefits for our soul, that’s why I also run workshops regularly.

I’m delighted to be here, sharing my knowledge and spreading the love for this awesome craft!

Nice to meet you all! I am a pharmacist by day and a macrame maker by night living in Tasmania, Australia.

I was introduced to macrame in 2021 and I instantly fell in love with it. With an intricate array of knot and knotting techniques you can produce a beautiful textile. What's knot to love?

I find knotting therapeutic and I want to spread this good vibe to everyone! I'm glad you're here and I can't wait for you to join us on this exciting journey of macrame.

Nghi Ho Miss Knottie Macrame

nghi

I'm a self-taught macrame artist, content creator and the owner of Miss Knottie Macrame. Miss Knottie Macrame is a macrame supplies store that allows people from all over the world to get everything they need to start tying knots.

Making macrame gives me a lot of health benefits physically and mentally. Creating a macrame project can be very calming and soothing to the body, mind and spirit. It releases stress and calms anxiety. It also helps me boost my creativity and self-confidence.

Even though I started macrame as a hobby, now it's my full-time job. To find inspiration, everyday I have a few hours in the morning to research about ideas from 70s macrame to modern macrame.

catalina (or just Rola for friends!)

I'm the maker and teacher at a la Rola

I love to wear all black, but inside I burst of color! I would like to inspire the macrame community for my joy in colors. My passion for all types of colorful fiber art (macrame, weaving, knitting etc) has accompanied me since my school days in Colombia. I now live in beautiful Germany and I've even written two books about macrame in German.

My creativity always starts with a need. Anytime I "need" something my brain starts to think how to "solve" the problem and supply my need. It can be a gift for somebody or a broken closet. Whatever it is, my creativity is my best partner.

Julia Serendipity Makramee macrame teacher

julia

Hi, I'm Julia from Serendipity Makramee! I started learning macrame in 2018 and at first I made things for myself or for friends, and in 2020 I officially founded Serendipity Makramee as a business.

I do mostly wall hangings and plant hangers, but I always like to try out new things and trends. I also do custom orders and wedding decorations, which are always a lot of fun!

I also offer workshops in Vienna and you can find me from time to time in Design and Craft Fairs all over the city. Other than macrame, I love traveling and spending time with friends and family, and enjoying a sunny day in nature!

crystal

Hello! I’m Crystal from Marching North. I’ve been teaching macrame on my YouTube channel and website for the past 3 years and it’s pretty much taken over my life!

I love sharing beginner friendly projects, and lately I’ve been branching out into bigger patterns and more intricate designs, which has been really fun.

On my other YouTube channel (Yarn Stash), I also share tutorials for other fiber arts such as crochet, loom knitting, and punch needle- I’m a total yarn/rope hoarder!
